In the digital marketplace the one major issue with most systems is not that they aren’t well developed or do what they are supposed to do, it’s more about how none of the systems you currently use help provide information that you can use to make actionable changes to how you get work done.  Your email tool may connect with a CRM but likely doesn’t give you insights into the analytics from email.  Your website may have a social sharing button but does it seamlessly integrate and provide engagement data to help you know content that has been published is engaging.

For financial services professionals there is a tremendous amount of work that must be done to organize your business, market and ultimately deliver a smooth experience for new clients.  Each of those key parts of your business require strategic planning (see other article), but once all of that planning is done comes an even more critical moment of executing on those plans.
